Hi everyone. I created an app and when I build it for Android its size is 17Mb. When creating an iOS archive it is 130Mb Has someone stumbled upon a similar issue. Is this expected?

CMP ships with a copy of Skia rendering engine on IOS while it doesn't on android therefore IOS shipped binary is significantly larger compared to android counterpart. Also, assuming you build a minified release build on Android then it'll make your android app even smaller. Thank you for the response. I thought it was much lower. Hate this to be honest. The sizw difference is just too large. Is there any way to inspect what is causing this and reduce the size

I recommend you start investigating by giving this thread a read & the article author wrote about it, this should be a good start.
