Any reason more recent versions of kable haven't published to maven?

They should be.

https://github.com/JuulLabs/sensortag is using the latest (0.35.0) and as far as I can tell, published the web sample just fine.

The main package/artifact changed: core → kable-core

If you got to mvnrepository from Google, Google probably just needs to show https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.juul.kable/kable-core higher on the search results?
