*Prepared 2.0.0 Alpha 1!*

The main breaking change so far is that all random management functions have been moved to another package. Other than that, they are identical, so you can just change the imports and everything will continue working. The second breaking change is the support of Ktor 3.0.0 for the `:compat-ktor` artifact.
