@Paul Dingemans If the IDE settings for trailing commas becomes more configurable would ktlint as well? If so, should I file an issue to track that?

If IDE settings are changed it sounds reasonable that ktlint follows. But please do not create an issue until they are actually changed. I have no reason to believe this is worked on yet.
