KMarth 0.4.1 is released: https://github.com/SciProgCentre/kmath/releases/tag/v0.4.1

• Moved to Kotlin 2.1 and enabled cross-compilation for iOS targets (now Maven central releases will be more frequent, but we can't run tests on iOS artefacts)
• Added ojalgo wrapper.
• Refactored Ejml and Commons-math linear spaces to match common pattern.
• Small additions and refactoring.
