I just released Ashampoo XMP Core, the KMP port of Adobe's XMP SDK, in v1.5.0

Aside some minor improvements there are now convenience methods to read & save location data, title & description from & to XMP data:
XmpMeta.getLocation() will search commonly used fields to extract location info.
XmpMeta.setLocation() will set it to the same fields.

Location name, street / sublocation, state, city & country are covered in XmpLocation .
