I think the <https://kotest.io/docs/quickstart/#snapshots|snapshots> are broken, here <https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots/io/kotest/kotest-assertions-core-jvm/> I see versions up to `5.6.0.1131-SNAPSHOT`. On the other hand, I see that on the `master` branch, the job for publishing the snapshots is triggered and succeeds (<https://github.com/kotest/kotest/actions/runs/12981680643/workflow|ref>). Am I checking in the wrong place by any chance?

Yes, probably a left-over of publishing with an older account that still published to that server and now using a newer account.
