I am suddenly getting this during my builds:

`Publishing a build scan to <http://scans.gradle.com|scans.gradle.com> requires accepting the Gradle Terms of Use defined at <https://gradle.com/help/legal-terms-of-use>. Do you accept these terms? [yes, no]`

Even though I do not have any build scans setup anywhere, nor do I pass any parameters.
Any idea where this could come from?
I do not have anything in gradle.properties either.

You have com.gradle.develocity plugin in settings.gradle or some another plugin there adds it
