#C0B8M7BUY I need help i want work on Advance level i mean i learn something new android is boring for me because of restriction policies they only copy IOS they have no idea i have 2 year of experience in android i come from web development now i realize in this field have no future let me explain if i am wrong then correct me.
first they start with java and xml
the switch to kotlin it okay thats fine
now they move to compose that's also fine
then they move to KMP -> what is this shit technology multiplatform ? how
can someone answer my question : why we use new tech languages because we try to write less code with less bugs right.
if we start KMP we write ui for ios with swift and for android in kotlin they need more time more effort and produce more bugs.
now come to market at the end of the story everyone work for money they need food clothes life style
in these 2 year i go for 30+ interview they ask me for inheritance etc i answer them after that they ask me do you work with ios i reply no.
then they answer me Sorry we cannot hire you because we need to hire 1 person who can do both and give me a suggestion also start Flutter or React Native
i know native app are best but people don't interesting in that they need to earn money and work no one care about performance
i saw in much companies much developer say why we care about space we don't care because everyone have 128+GB space in phone more than 4GB ram in everyone phone. thank you if i am wrong then correct me please

This whole workspace is about the Kotlin programming language. Please be so kind and ask your „I see no future in Android development“, which is totally off-topic here, somewhere else.

One thing you might be missing; Compose is multiplatform too, and quite mature on desktop and iOS :)
It's probably an even more exciting time to be an Android developer, because picking up KMP with Compose Multiplatform isn't too hard, you just reuse the same knowledge you have. And this is already unlocking those once unavailable one-man jobs for Android devs, with more to come as KMP and CMP become more mainstream. When they ask about iOS, you can happily say "Ha, sure!"

So it's probably time to be optimistic and invest in this future!
