How are AI devs working with intellij? Is there a headless linux server with all the GPUs and devs then use something like Jetbrains Gateway?
Or is it pureple a CI&CD type of situation where devs submit work for the beefy machine to do?

I'm not an AI dev, but if you have an SSH connection, you can run build configurations through it. See: File | Settings | Build, Execution, Deployment | Run Targets
