I reviewed his earlier posts, and there are a lot of spam-ish or confusing messages. However, some seem to be genuine questions from someone who still has a lot to learn.
I’m going to send him a heads-up, asking him to review the community guidelines. If the violations continue, I’ll proceed with banning him.
