I tried downloading the amper template from here but running the androidApp from Fleet shows this - tried “Sync” but getting this same error again

this could be Fleet but not Amper - but am not sure

OS: Mac OS X (14.6.1, aarch64)

while I'm looking for ways to reproduce it (unsuccessful so far), I would like you to send me logs (Help -> Diagnostic Tools -> Collect Logs...) if possible

and also try to set a proper path to Android SDK into local.properties and see if it helps
