Hey, I have noticed many of android components does not have proper customization possibilities so i started rewriting them from scratch. Here is my first component library for NumberPicker: https://github.com/Stonks-tech/GoodPicker

And some example of DrawablePicker. Please take a look and let me know if recreating such components (CalendarView coming next) will be useful for you
