How the Android emulator’s update work? I ask because when the emulator is already running the update runs and it never asks to restart, so I’m curious what the update actually do 🤔

you talking about an update to the emulator package thru the sdk manager in studio?

it probably updated your install but you would need to kill any running emulators and relaunch to pickup the changes
