04/11/2025, 10:10 AMIn the meanwhile I found out that this is indeed the issue. They have no real way of knowing what is valid, and what not.
Ktor also lists some 1.2.x modules, which are obviously outdated or no more in-use, but it's impossible to remove them from Maven and it's impossible to figure out if it's valid or not.
