Thanks for the reply, but I'm not talking about that project I was reading https://google.github.io/gsocguides/student/writing-a-proposal#outside-the-project-list this section on contribution guide and was wondering if I have an idea outside the project list which is related to compose / compose multiplatfrom, and kotlin foundation seems like the closest fit for it. So should i submit my proposal to kotlin foundation?

Got it! Do you know anyone who could be a potential mentor for that project? To accept the original proposal, we need to make sure there's someone from the Kotlin Foundation who's ready to mentor it
