Companies say they can't find qualified people to fill software developer roles, people say they can't find software jobs. From my point of view, the issue with your resume is that you had 6 different jobs since 2018. Why would I hire you, invest in training, education, resources, etc. when after 1 year you leave again. So there are “stronger candidates” right when looking at your CV.

So as discussed with you, I didn't really leave these jobs. A couple were outsourced contracts that got cancelled and 1 company shut down. So that goes back to the point that the resume can't really tell you everything. I've actually moved to Germany so I can work directly with companies and have longer tenures
