Is publishing of a kmp-lib not an actual possibility with amper right now? Is the idea that you can only have these embedded as modules in bigger projects (for the time being I guess and hope)?

Indeed we haven't implemented KMP publication yet. It's in our plans, we just have lots of other things on the table as well 😉
