Is there any way to get <https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KTIJ-12496/Provide-intention-to-convert-from-extension-function-to-member|this> prioritized? It feels like such a basic operation to convert an extension to a member, but this ticket has been languishing for years.

Yes, plugin can do this but I'd rather see it as a part of kotlin plugin itself. Please wait until we will have more resources after K2 release or submit a PR.
