Was VerticalDragHandle removed from compose multiplatform 1.8.0?

Its part of the `material3` artifact. maybe you need to explicitly declare an dependency on it.

it was added in the current `alpha` release of `1.4.0`

Sorry for confusion, I'm using compose multiplatform 1.8.1.

It does not matter what compose multiplatform artifact you use. The drag handle is part of `androidx`

`VerticalDragHandle` is part of the `material3` `1.4` alphas in `androidx`, and Compose Multiplatform `1.8` released with the `1.3` versions of `material3`  (even though some of the `1.8` alphas did use the `1.4` alphas, so that's why it may have been available at some point but not now)
