Without watching the video yet: I loved Eclipse for its stability and performance.
I used and loved it for the 15+ years I did code in Java, but I quickly realized that Kotlin support isn’t that great.
For some reason Kotlin support is best in IntelliJ 😉; that’s why I switched.

I am afraid we will soon see story of fall...
I see no benefits in later releases only breakage of things, poor performance and then there is THIS

Do you remember how fast IntelliJ was when it ran first on M1?
I would say they catched up and are back to normal. 😄
