If you want to build a new multiplatform app, or any app with Kotlin, with the idea in mind that one day the app will be in production, should we choose Amper today ? Or better gradle , bazel etc

Amper is experimental. We'd love for you to try it and let us know how it went, but it's not recommended for production use. Given the experimental status, anything might still change in the project.

That’s fine if it changes. I used it a little bit and so far it’s good. It has some UI features, command line support, declarative language etc.
