Hi, I have filed a bug report on https://issuetracker.google.com/ but after submitting it I got this following message.

New issue created: xxxxxxxxx (view access not granted).

I took 15mins to write a lengthy bug report and now I am not even sure if it went through because I can’t find it. Nor can I check on the status of that ticket. This is disappointing. Could someone please help me?
