•
Prioritize quality with Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies, ensuring your code is robust and reliable.
•
Embrace Kotlin as the cornerstone of our tech stack, utilizing its multiplatform capabilities to share code across platforms (while
Kotlin Multiplatform experience is a significant advantage, it is not strictly necessary).
•
Craft client-side applications, including desktop apps with Compose Multiplatform, Android and iOS apps with Kotlin Multiplatform, and explore web app development with Kotlin WASM.
What makes us unique:
•
Work at the forefront of technology: Dive deep into exciting problems at the intersection of the physical and digital world.
•
Master hardware integration: Collaborate closely with hardware, but focus on software expertise using SDKs, not direct hardware development.

•
Develop cross-platform solutions: Leverage Kotlin Multiplatform to share code and streamline development (when applicable).
•
Thrive in a collaborative environment: Join a team passionate about innovation and learning.
•
Be part of a global network: Gain access to opportunities within the Utsch Group network.
Where we are and how we work:

• We offer hybrid and fully remote roles, empowering you to choose the work style that best suits your needs and preferences.
• Enjoy the flexibility to work some days in the office for collaboration and connection, while also having the freedom to work remotely for focused productivity.
What you bring:
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering is preferred, but not strictly necessary
• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin (prior experience in Java is an advantage) and related technologies (Compose, Multiplatform)
• Experience with hardware SDK integration and understanding their interoperability with software
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development and agile methodologies
• Adaptability to a dynamic technology stack and evolving project requirements
• Experience in client-side application development, particularly with modern frameworks and languages
