Is there any warning/smart hint if a function call unnecessarily specifies a parameter with the same default value?
```fun foo(s: Int = 0)
foo(s = 0) // s is unnecessary```

Not that I know of, and I don’t think you’d want one. Those have very different behavior if the library ever changes the default out from under you, and often specifying the default explicitly is intentional to help communicate that the value is especially important or something.
