Hey K peeps! 👋

I run a small dev agency under my personal brand and we are looking for Kotlin/Compose Multiplatform Engineers to help us with a handful of projects. Looking for 1-3 part-time/full-time contractors with an option for revenue share. US only, please.

Who we are:
• We are a tight knit team of 5
◦ 3(sometimes 4) Principal Android/Mobile Engineers, each with 12+ years of enterprise experience
▪︎ Between us, we have experience working with Amazon, Microsoft, Etsy, Nike, AT&T, U.S. Military, Activision, JPMorgan Chase, Fidelity, Coinbase, Workday, Axon, Albertons, Bed Bath & Beyond, Red Bull, and more
◦ 1 designer
◦ 1 developer/designer intern
What we do:
• We work with startup and small business clients across a range of industries building cross-platform(Android, iOS, Web, Desktop) apps
• We use the same stack, architecture, and patterns for each project
◦ Compose, robust MVI, Clean Architecture, Koin, Supabase/Firebase
• We use AI tools very heavily for high leverage and throughput with a small team
• We have a strong focus on the iteration of automating all processes. E.g. If we implement a process/feature or integrate a service once for a client, we make robust rules/subagent/mcp setups to fully automate it for other clients
• We employ a version of Extreme Programming (XP) where we are on calls with each other most of the time we work
What we're looking for:
Someone who is/has:
• Mid to Senior level. Open to any level for the right fit
• Superb communication skills
• Rich experience with Compose and an extremely high attention to detail with UI (this is a must)
• Interested in being on calls with us as we build together (this is a must)
• Fluent with AI tools (Cursor and/or Claude Code)
• Interested in an environment where the focus is maximizing what is possible with AI to fully automate all processes.
• Deep Supabase experience(major plus)

The goal was around US hours and being able to pair with us during the day.

We've had some great candidates put in interest from elsewhere despite that mention. I'm unable to edit the post now, but yes, we are open to anyone who can be online to pair with us in the window between 9am - 7pm PT for a majority of the time they are working.

We are onboarding 1 dev from this post and will be doing more interviews in the coming days.
