Happy to see the maven central upgrade is finally complete! 🥳 Except I don't see one of my changes in the latest release, even though it's still present on master. Was the latest release not for master/HEAD? UPDATE: The MC upgrade isn't finished after all. This was just an "older" release that went out.

your change is stuck in 6.17.0.0 which we're currently trying to make work in the new MC..... upi cam see the failed release GitHub Action where it rejected our token. we've got to investigate it as well

Oh. So how did yesterday's release go out?
i.e. 6.16.0.0
d
that actually ran before we changed the publishing
personally I can't see anything wrong with 6.17.0.0 in terms of the setup, but GHA is a total arse to get working when it doesn't want to!

Oh. I had thought the new MC upgrade was a months long process. Didn't realize you only just started it 🤔
d
it's been stuck in purgatory for a bit.
the changes have been stacking up so we're looking to get it out asap obvs

Ah, I see. Well, good luck figuring it out! Guess my praise was premature.
Happy I can delete the r53 code from my project at least.

Very happy for the changes that did go out in 6.16.0.0, thank you @dave!

🎉 PSA: http4k version 6.17.0.0 is now in Maven Central (or soon!). This release includes a bunch of changes such as supporting Datastar v1 and a new powerassert module for testing https://github.com/http4k/http4k/releases/tag/6.17.0.0
