Has anyone implemented the KMP library?

Do you mean „a“ library or what do you mean with „the library“.

If you mean any library you can check <https://klibs.io|https://klibs.io> which lists „all“ OSS KMP projects.

I wanted to implement a KMP lib , and wanted use in my project . For this I have downloaded the KMP lib template . How I can implement for my project I am not able to get this . Also i wanted chech the lib without publishing in maven repo

I wanted to implement a feature  in a lib then I will publish it in maven
