What's your policy on default balue for modifier?

Even in private functions, or even when all call-sites define it?

Personally, I have a live template called mdf that inserts modifier: Modifier = Modifier and don't even think about it anymore at this point, it's second nature to always type it. It's easier to include it everywhere rather than having to decide between different cases
