While submitting a talk, I noticed the Additional Notes field is missing from the form, but it's mentioned in the instructions. So either it was mistakenly removed from the form or it needs to be removed from the instructions

@Sargun Vohra Thanks for catching that! The Additional Notes field has been added back to the form, so everything should now be in place and consistent with the instructions 🙂
