Have we gotten any word or roadmap on when xcode 26 is supposed to be officially supported?

I've been building/running CMP app with XCode 26 here without any issue....what problems are you seeing?

One of our team members ran into something that looks like this (https://github.com/frankois944/spm4Kmp/issues/173) I was following through to (https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-81138) where Daria says it is not officially supported.

Glad to hear it is working for you, I think we can probably work around this particular issue so maybe it's worth pushing through. Thanks!

Will we be able to use swiftLanguageMode to force it to not use 6 even if the selected xcode is 26?

the workaround is to use the plugin is to use an older version of Swift than the one embedded by xcode (something like https://spmforkmp.eu/beta/section-help/tips/#support-xcode-15-and-earlier).

The issue is not really about xcode but about Swift

It’s the version of the compiler, not the version of the language
