Probably referring to the latest Kotlin version not working with kotlinx-rpc. It's a struggle but I see that kotlinx-rpc is still in Experimental status and I cannot expect the support level JB has for official projects 🙂

Yep, our release pipeline is not on par with that of the Kotlin's (yet)

I am curious what the sentiment is at JB in regards to kotlinx-rpc becoming official. I get that you may not be able to tell me. I would guess that a stable compiler plugin API will help tremendously.

Actually no, with this problem we dealt with IDE plugin and releases for all stable kotlin version starting 3 major release back

For going stable we are deciding on a criteria, and it might be the case that gRPC will be a stable component, while kRPC won't for a while, until it catches up

I know for my in particular, I am actually running into an issue where context params aren't working right if I use kotlin 2.2.0 if any project brings in the kotlin 2.2.20-stdlib. There was a subtle change to the contextOf function @NoInfer being added that I suspect is the culprit. Again this is another experimental feature ha. All toy projects so this sort of thing is expected!

I tried upgrading to Kotlin 2.2.20 but got a version compatibility error. When I downgraded, I got a different error, I think related to coroutines
