So much more to do, but we're making progress. It turns out AI is pretty bad at translating the code, but does surprisingly well at reviewing it for accuracy.
I've eaten SO many Junie credits on this.

Almost all of the usage was within 2-3 days. It looks like we can purchase top-up credits now though!

On Reddit they claim AI Ultimate Quota has been reduced to a fifth.
It’s hard to tell, because we didn’t have any metric before.
It’s safe to say that JetBrains hasn’t handled this the best way from the beginning.

I‘d loudly complain, too, but I was lucky to get AI Pro gifted.
I participated in a research study and won 12 months All Products Pack last year. ❤️
In the middle of this year they added Junie to the All Products Pack, so I got my free ride.

I guess I’d be angry too if I actually paid money for it, because I can totally see/feel what they are talking about. Especially people ordering AI Ultimate three years ahead…. Oh boy, if that was me I’d go nuts, too.

He needs to fix some nasty bugs in the plugin first, but by the time my AI Pro runs out I’m planning to switch to that.

Yes, personal all products pack grants you 10 quota per month.
Professional gives 20 quota.

If you pay for AI Pro extra you just have more.

But beware that you need to explicitly change the license to use both quotas - they don’t automatically merge. That’s what I needed to learn first.

Some people on Reddit claim that Cline + ChatGPT Codex is the best value/price.

@joseph_ivie In AI Chat Go to „manage license“. You should see there two actives licenses. One from all products pack, one separate. You can switch there if the quota of one is depleted

The plugin has not the same polishing as Junie has (yet), but the quota is much more - that’s my point.

Based on the video, I think it already has more functional power though. I honestly care a lot less about visual polish than just getting the work done. I'll certainly be trying it out soon
