i doubt the issue is skiko. i dont know what the problem is but if i were you i would check the template at <https://kmp.new> and see if the setup is the same

It seems to broadly be the same, though I've got no clue which version of plugins that zip uses, since it references `libs` but there's no buildSrc to provide that object. Assuming everything uses latest it should be close enough
