I noticed same on my colleagues AS also. Is someone else having same issue? I am on Android Studio Meerkat Feature Drop | 2024.3.2 Patch 1.

10/03/2025, 10:53 AMFor context, when K2 dropped, many of the IDE features were not yet implemented (even today there are still some missing eg. “Add import with typealias” is not yet implemented) but with each new version of IJ, more and more get implemented.
AS IDEs are even more behind because they are usually not based on the latest IJ versions.

10/03/2025, 11:05 AMNot K2 issue. I found the cause. In Setting -> Intentions, it was disabled from there. Not sure how this got disabled. Posting a screenshot if someone else runs into this issue. Anyway, Thanks.

10/03/2025, 7:22 PMid file a bug maybe on issuetracker with your resolution. maybe if its happening to you + other colleagues then its some bug from a migration or something that happened.
