Hi folks. Last week, we published a <https://github.com/Kotlin/KEEP/discussions/462|KEEP design proposal> for the new KMP library serialization format (the UKlib) and the overhaul of the dependency model. Your critique and thorny edge cases are welcome in the discussion for the KEEP.

I was hoping we could get `klib-compilation` at the same time (the first option <https://github.com/Kotlin/KEEP/blob/main/proposals/KEEP-0446-uklibs.md#container-format|here>) since that would avoid expanding a bunch of duplicate/intermediate data. But simplifying the publishing is very welcome.
