No, but bazel supports kotlin/jvm and kotlin/js

So there's no way to migrate to Bazel yet and just stick to Gradle for now

There is if you're migrating a kotlin jvm or js project, but not kmp

Also note that js support is "accidental" with no stability guarantees so far
