<https://github.com/JetBrains/koog/pull/975|#975 >— memory features; I implemented several items previously noted as future improvements in code comments and called out the rest for feedback. Would appreciate review.

I merged the first PR and assigned folks to the second and third ones.

You can use git blame to detect the owner of the code that you're enhancing – it would be the right person to set as an approver. Or you can write here – the person on duty will assign the new PRs to our peers :slightly_smiling_face:
