How do I configure `BasicJvmScriptingHost` such that I can get exceptions thrown during script evaluation?

If you haven't already found it, the Jupyter Kotlin kernel is my go to canonical example of everything scripting (although in my project I also need completion support). I'm tracking it for clues as to how to move to K2:
