11/10/2025, 4:54 PMI tried using testWithJUnit4Rule from a non-kmp android only unit test, and the IDE doesn't seem to see the function at all... (probably because it's under kmp androidMain and I'm in unitTest in a com.android.application...), is there any way to get it @Oliver.O?

I'm trying to find a workaround for robolectric, but i was hoping to use the new junitrule adapter you made.

11/10/2025, 11:08 PMI guess I can reproduce what you were seeing. It seems that local (host-based / unit) tests currently run via JUnit platform instead of JUnit 4. That should change to pure JUnit 4 instead. I'll track this down and post updates on that. Hopefully, I can look deeper into that sometime next week.
