Was playing around with Amper and is my understanding correct that for publishing to Maven central I need to use the Gradle integration for the time being?

Hi Peter! Actually the Gradle integration is deprecated and no new versions of the Amper Gradle plugin are released.
We're going to work on out-of-the-box support for Maven central publication very soon. At the moment, you might be able to work around it by using regular maven publication (which is still unreleased and undocumented) and the OSSRH staging API https://central.sonatype.org/publish/publish-portal-ossrh-staging-api/

Thanks, I will have a look. And although I just experimented a little bit with it, really enjoy the developer experience of Amper so far. Kind of Maven (declarative) meets Gradle (concise) 😀*.*
