Based on some feedback on the Arrow docs, I'm working on a new Quickstart page that should feature the main things you can do with Arrow alonside small snippets of code (see the WIP in this PR). It would be awesome if I could get some feedback on this matter:
• when you first heard about Arrow, was it clear what you could do with it?
• if you were to look at Arrow today, what would it be the best way to explain what you gain from it?
• does the current WIP (linked above) help you with those?

As someone who's heard of arrow, looked into it a little, but barely used it, I think this gave me a good insight and overview of what I could use arrow for, I learned some new stuff an refreshed my memory a bit. Inexperienced as I currently am with arrow, I can't say whether it's complete or hits the nuances right though.
