Help Scout is hiring an experienced Engineering Manager for our globally remote team.

For this role, we're specifically looking for:
• Experience managing teams of backend Java/Kotlin Engineers. Managing full-stack is a big plus because we're moving in that direction.
• US-based. Unfortunately this is a hard requirement for now.
• Experience at product companies. This will be a feature-building team
