Vite for Kotlin 0.7.0 is out!

Important changes:
• You may need to upgrade the NodeJS version. See the changelog for details.
• The output path has changed from build/vite/dist to build/vite/js/dist .
Summary:
• Vite 8.0.0 beta 2 support
• Experimental WasmJS support
• Added :vitePreview
• config.autoRewriteIndex for easier index.html management
