Is there any appetite for adding `TAU = 2 * PI` to the stdlib? I'm aware of <https://discuss.kotlinlang.org/t/adding-kotlin-math-tau/17967|this discussion> from 2020, but since that time several other languages, including <https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javase/21/docs/api/java.base/java/lang/Math.html#TAU|Java>, have added it to their standard libraries.

Might as well also propose `PHI`, the golden ratio. The more people know about this constant, the more we will see windows and textboxes in aesthetically pleasing proportions :slightly_smiling_face:
