Are there any workarounds for sharing ui with cmp for an iOS widget?

I really doubt it. In theory you could do some crazy "render to a bitmap" stuff but I wouldn't recommend it. Widgets between iOS and Android are very different and the UI itself is usually small so it's better to write some swiftui that shares a data layer with your android widget (that's what we do at least)
