Yeah, looks like a terminally deprecated method was called. You should make sure your tool are up to date, and report it

which tool? sqldelight? (The quote of "Please consider reporting this to the maintainers of class com.intellij.util.containers.Unsafe" confuses me)

Gradle, plugins, IDE etc

Looks like sqldelight, according to the error message. This is expected, since transitioning away from Unsafe is nontrivial. It seems as though it's using an IntelliJ depedency, which itself uses Unsafe

When starting a brand new Kotlin JVM project with Gradle 9 and JVM25 you get this. So no dependencies

When starting a new Kotlin JVM project, you have dependencies on the Kotlin & Java compiler
And stdlib
And Gradle
