Hey folks! Kotlin 2.4 is approaching and it's a nice chance to stabilize some standard library APIs.
In 2.2.20 we added a family of `Array.copyOf` overloads accepting an initializer function (<https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-70984|KT-70984>, <https://kotlinlang.org/api/core/kotlin-stdlib/kotlin.collections/copy-of.html|KDoc>). Do you have any issues with it? Is there anything you would like to change?
If all looks good, we will likely proceed with the stabilization of these functions.
