Interesting conclusions:
• Vanilla JS and optimized JS frameworks are still way faster then anything else.
• BindingScala is still faster than Kilua Wasm, but the difference is a lot smaller than a few years ago when I first tried running this benchmark.
• Kilua on Wasm is about twice as fast compared to Kilua JS or Compose HTML.
• New SlotTable implementations helps a bit on Wasm target but is noticeably slower on JS target. Even though we can see it helps a lot with large number of nodes, it's slower when working with smaller numbers.
