In sqldelight migrations, when my schema has foreign keys, and I want to rewirte the relationships at migration time - should I disable FKs at the beginning and turn them back on at the end?

PRAGMA foreign_keys = OFF;
...
PRAGMA foreign_keys = ON;

or is this unnecessary for .sqm files?
